MARIA OKENRENDE comes to Hayes FM after graduating from Goldsmiths London in Broadcast Journalism. She has already worked in TV and Radio in the US and a short stint at a radio station on the other side of London.

SIMON AKINWUNMI knows the Greater West London area like the back of his hand, having lived in Hayes and Hillingdon for many years. He comes to Hayes Fm from Hospital Radio.

Both have a passion for African Caribbean music, culture and expect lots of debates and discussions on their programme as well as the odd surprise guest!!
