The Uxbridge North and Hillingdon East Safer Neighbourhoods teams with assistance from the Hillingdon Council backed Partnership Tasking Team have started a new scheme over the summer months to address the issue of youth anti-social behaviour. In particular behaviour fuelled by under-age drinking will be targeted.
Whilst still tackling the problem via traditional policing methods such as hi-visibility policing, seizure of alcohol from those found drinking in the street and the sending of letters to parents, HILLINGDON POLICE have started a NEW SCHEME piloting a new ultra-violet alcoholic drinks labelling initiative.
